I offer Restorative Head Massage in Victoria, BC, rooted in Ayurvedic principles and gentle, energy aware touch.

This head focused treatment works with key points in the shoulders, neck, head, ears, face, and feet to invite the nervous system into deep relaxation and grounding. Some clients experience naturally occurring ASMR.

Many people describe the session as a full body reset, leaving them feeling calmer, clearer, and more centred. Deeper sleep, grounded focus, and a sense of ease often follow.
