**Restorative Head Massage: Deep Relaxation for Mind & Body**

A deeply calming, head focused massage rooted in Ayurvedic principles. Gentle, rhythmic touch across the shoulders, neck, head, ears, face, and feet provides gentle stimulation of energy points and invites the body into deep relaxation and grounding.

Naturally occurring ASMR may arise during the session. Many clients describe the experience as a full body reset that brings mental ease, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance.

**Restorative Head Massage**
45 minutes - $90

if possible, allow a little quiet time after your session so your body can integrate the experience. A short walk can help maintain the calm and balance created during the massage.

That understanding now guides my work as a Restorative Head Massage Practitioner.

Alongside my creative work, I have cared for seniors and supported individuals at the end of life. These experiences deepened my respect for presence, steadiness, and the quiet power of simply being with someone.

I bring that grounded presence to each session, working with the shoulders, neck, ears, face, head, and feet to support the nervous system and invite deep calm.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: helping you reconnect with yourself.

My focus is to create a calm, supportive space where your mind can quiet and your body can settle. When the nervous system feels supported, clarity returns and everyday life feels a little easier.
