For over 20 years, I worked as an inspirational performer helping people shift emotional states. Through that work, I discovered something powerful. Laughter and deep relaxation speak the same nervous system language.

When people feel safe, seen, and supported, their whole system softens.

That understanding now guides my work as a Restorative Head Massage Practitioner.

Alongside my creative work, I have cared for seniors and supported individuals at the end of life. These experiences deepened my respect for presence, steadiness, and the quiet power of simply being with someone.

I bring that grounded presence to each session, working with the shoulders, neck, ears, face, head, and feet to support the nervous system and invite deep calm.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: helping you reconnect with yourself.

My focus is to create a calm, supportive space where your mind can quiet and your body can settle. When the nervous system feels supported, clarity returns and everyday life feels a little easier.
