I offer Restorative Head Massage in Victoria, BC, rooted in Ayurvedic principles and gentle, energy-aware touch.

For over 20 years, I worked in performance helping people shift emotional states. What I discovered is that both laughter and deep relaxation speak the same nervous system language.

This head-focused treatment stimulates key points in the shoulders, neck, head, ears, face, and feet to encourage regulation, grounding, and clarity. Some clients experience naturally occurring ASMR.
